My name’s Bożena Ewa Doroszenko. Redefining has always been very close to me, and in recent years it has completely changed all areas of my life.

I do not perceive it as a unique way of my being. I believe that times we are living in and the world around us are constantly changing and evolving, and even for those who are not so eager to accept it, it is impossible not to notice it anymore. 

I have been working with large international organizations in Poland as well as around the world for years. I managed employees in Europe and Asia and provided HR services for a global organization. I changed and transformed organizations, and I was privileged to create amazing high potential teams and great workplaces that are still resonating in my heart.


But even though I worked mainly for Scandinavian organizations, where respect for people is in the DNA of this culture, I have not noticed any significant changes in the concept of people management for over the last 25 years. Maybe with the exception that they were more and more about processes and less and less about people.

I discovered that there are rebel organizations around the world that have been combining business success with an extraordinary place for a decade or two. And that by joining the Corporate Rebels community, I was able to quickly make direct contact with them and learn about their extraordinary management methods.

I completed the 6-week Masterclass: Running and Scaling Self-Managing Organizations together with 25 wonderful rebels from different countries and recognizing that we are all looking for the same, better, more productive and more rewarding way of working for everyone.
