Audit of WORKPLACE
3 – 5  days  of interviewing sessions 
and  additional sharing session 
with Leadership Team

This audit consists of agreed thematic blocks: company purpose & principles, structure, communication standards, people & development standards, reward distribution. The participation of people who have a significant impact on the discussed area is required.

The collected information will be complemented by interviews with selected employees to verify the image of the company from the employees' perspective.

The effects of the audit are comments and suggestions provided on an ongoing basis during conversations and in the form of a written report. 

The final report includes collected recommendations for the development or transformation of the company towards a progressive approach and creating a unique and autonomous workplace.

At the end of every session we will discuss how to start the transformation of your organization. Those Reflection sessions will focus on turning the lessons into an actionable approach to change.  We create preliminary scenarios on how to start transforming your own company. There may also be additional tasks between sessions, giving you the opportunity to deepen your initial reflections.

There’s no one-size-fits-all solution, but there are several variations to self-managing organizations. 
We provide a practical framework with the main components for running self-managing organizations.

Session 2: Building blocks
We zoom in on so-called 'building blocks', as crucial component for the design of progressive organizations. 
Case studies and ideas on how to open organization structure. 
We explore how your orgazniation can be set up better using self-managing teams concept.

Session 3: Roles & responsibilities
We explore how to create new roles and  share or even rotate. 
How to keep them  and updating as the organization evolves.
Case studies how to distribute additional roles within the teams and start this change.

Session 4: Information sharing
Important in any organization, but even more so when running highly decentralized and autonomous teams.
Case studies how to explore the power of a clear and simple 'operating rhythm', the power of technology and internal radical transparency.

Session 5: Reward distribution
We focus on reward distribution to ensure reward structures align with the values of a self-managing organization.
Case studies of successful reward distributions of progressive organizations.

Session 6: Transformation strategies
We explore several transformation strategies, from Close to Open Strategy.
Exploring several approaches, 5 Pillars of change, 4-Phase  and much more.
Case studies of successful transformations.
